A company is looking for a DB Relationship Manager on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction
- Review annual plan compliance and administrative reports for accuracy
- Communicate effectively on plan year-end results and action items with clients
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the retirement plan service area preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Relius Administration/FT Williams systems preferred
- Experience with CRM or TPA management systems is a plus
