Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative to provide remote technical support for a retinal scanning medical device.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 operation and configuration
- Troubleshoot network problems and log interactions into the CRM system
- Remotely install/troubleshoot software, perform data migration, and evaluate critical issues for escalation
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience required
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
- PC hardware and configuration skills with intermediate IT networking knowledge
- High-speed home internet connection required
