Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative to provide remote technical support for a retinal scanning medical device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 operation and configuration
  • Troubleshoot network problems and log interactions into the CRM system
  • Remotely install/troubleshoot software, perform data migration, and evaluate critical issues for escalation
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
  • PC hardware and configuration skills with intermediate IT networking knowledge
  • High-speed home internet connection required
