Customer Service Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process completion of services
• Manage high call volume while processing client/agent requests across multiple systems
• Track auction pickups and process the release of vehicles

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Previous experience in the collection, repossession, or automotive industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
