Key Responsibilities
- Manage high call volumes and provide support through phone, chat, and email

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working overnight shifts
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role
- Experience in navigating multiple digital platforms and resolving technical issues
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
- Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus
