Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Multi-channel help desk experience, preferably with Zendesk
- Experience in a customer-facing healthcare role
- Previous experience in a metrics-driven position
- Experience working with Medicare patients
- Prior experience in a remote work environment
