Key Responsibilities
- Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Communicate with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
- Collaborate with local branch leadership and sales teams to ensure compliance and facilitate the referral process
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or related fields
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
- Proficiency in navigating multiple online EMR systems
- Knowledge of payer guidelines and clinical documentation standards
