Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, managing support tickets and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and manage Change Requests
Required Qualifications
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours application deployments
- Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Completion of in-house training on products and technical knowledge
