Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Technical Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and network issues
  • Log all calls and create detailed entries in the call tracking system
  • Act as a liaison for application problems between users and developers
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and high-speed connections
  • Understanding of DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with consumer networking devices and wireless devices
  • Experience with Google Apps for Education and Business
