Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Technical Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and network issues
- Log all calls and create detailed entries in the call tracking system
- Act as a liaison for application problems between users and developers
Required Qualifications and Education
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and high-speed connections
- Understanding of DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with consumer networking devices and wireless devices
- Experience with Google Apps for Education and Business
