Requester Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Requester Services Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound inquiries regarding release of information (ROI) requests for patient medical records
• Provide status updates and issue resolution for medical record requests while maintaining customer service standards
• Process incoming correspondence related to outstanding ROI fulfillment issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; higher education preferred
• Ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking
• Computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills
• Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively and independently in high volume production environments
