- Manage a portfolio of 50 customers to ensure adoption, retention, and ongoing success
- Conduct onboarding, health checks, and quarterly business reviews
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage post-sale relationships and meet renewal targets
- Familiarity with CRMs and customer success tools
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and product teams
- Proactive and growth-minded approach to driving customer impact
