A company is looking for a Medicare Advantage Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from Medicare Advantage customers through various communication channels
- Research and resolve customer issues using established policies, procedures, and reference materials
- Stay current on state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent with three years of experience in a customer service setting (health insurance preferred)
- Availability for a 5-week training program
- Ability to meet attendance and timeliness requirements
- Capability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships
- Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
