Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the intake team, ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact through case acceptance
- Report on lead and team performance, providing insights into effectiveness and tracking key performance metrics
- Analyze and optimize intake procedures, making data-driven adjustments for efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Proven track record in managing and scaling teams successfully
- Ability to track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Experience working collaboratively with support staff and attorneys
- Personal Injury experience is a plus, but not required
