Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with insurance lead qualification and patient recruitment
- Demonstrate product knowledge after the training period
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Must own a compatible computer and have high-speed internet access
- Must be able to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training
