Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Specialist responsible for managing service requests from residents and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and review work orders for customer follow-up and assignment
• Engage with residents and customers to guide them through the self-resolution process
• Triages work orders and assigns appropriate resources based on repair needs and specifications

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suites, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
