Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and review work orders for customer follow-up and assignment
- Engage with residents and customers to guide them through the self-resolution process
- Triages work orders and assigns appropriate resources based on repair needs and specifications
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suites, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work autonomously in a virtual setting
