Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for end user installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations
- Analyze symptoms and logs to resolve medium complexity issues and implement solutions
- Support 3rd party products and may provide occasional on-site assistance
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware systems
- Ability to work with limited guidance on defined projects
- Preferred certifications in relevant technologies
