Required Qualifications

- 3+ years in a leadership role managing onboarding or implementation teams
- Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding programs for high-growth SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and customer success best practices
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in SaaS platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce
