Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Experience in Salesforce and understanding of K-12 education systems preferred
  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is a plus
