Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide performance guidance to a team of Contact Center Agents
- Monitor service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and resolutions
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and processes, and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience supervising team members in a contact center or call center environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with contact center tools such as Salesforce or Five9
- High School Diploma and equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
