A company is looking for a Contact Center Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide performance guidance to a team of Contact Center Agents
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and resolutions
  • Maintain and update documentation of procedures and processes, and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience supervising team members in a contact center or call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with contact center tools such as Salesforce or Five9
  • High School Diploma and equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
