Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound client inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Complete outbound calling campaigns to assist clients with their loan requests
  • Identify client needs and help them navigate specific site features
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and navigation, including SaaS applications
