Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound client inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Complete outbound calling campaigns to assist clients with their loan requests
- Identify client needs and help them navigate specific site features
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer software and navigation, including SaaS applications
