Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video to provide support and education on pet health

• Verify and process prescriptions while delivering empathetic client care

Required Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with successful completion of the VTNE
• At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet
