Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Agent to provide luxury, personalized experiences to automotive customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist new and existing automotive customers through various communication channels, including phone, video, email, and live chat
- Handle warranty service follow-up calls and new owner welcome calls, while gathering information and scheduling dealership appointments
- Maintain web-based records and collaborate with the concierge team using Microsoft Teams
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in call center/customer service, retail automotive, or hospitality industries preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet setting for calls are required
- Minimum High School Diploma required; college certificate/diploma preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer skills necessary
