Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Engagement Coordinator to manage leads and support patient engagement from initial contact to appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing/referral channels in Salesforce
- Schedule and confirm patient consultations while ensuring timely follow-ups to improve conversion and satisfaction
- Deliver weekly reports on lead volume, conversion, and campaign performance while recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of office administrative experience, preferably in a medical/dental/therapy office
- Experience with medical terminology, accounts receivable, or insurance collections preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and databases
- Customer service experience
