Medical Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and create medical record packets for audits and payer requests
• Review open accounts receivable and prioritize collection activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of Major Medical Insurance Collections or Home infusion billing experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
