Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Term Services & Support Utilization Management Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, generate, and track correspondence and authorizations related to healthcare service reviews
• Interact with providers and staff to facilitate information receipt for timely reviews
• Perform data entry of authorizations and maintain operational reports

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Work experience in a healthcare setting is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required
• 1 to 3 years of general office or customer service experience is required
