Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Support I.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network elements for anomalies and troubleshoot issues using network management software
- Provide first-line technical support for customers and notify them about incident progress
- Participate in the Change Management process and maintain customer sensitive data per defined processes
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of network management tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of Telecommunications call flows and signaling is a plus
- Knowledge of the 9-1-1 ecosystem is a plus
- Associate's degree
- Intermediate level knowledge of Windows Office Suite
