Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Per Diem for the NJ Hopeline Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Respond to service requests via calls, chats, and texts promptly
• Maintain knowledge of resources and make appropriate referrals for clients

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field
• Or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant mental health or human service field
• Ability to assess clients' conditions for appropriate disposition
• Experience in documenting assessments and interventions in a timely manner
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
