Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Recovery Specialist to assist hospital patients with their account inquiries and payment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist patients with their accounts
• Set up payment arrangements and process credit card payments over the phone
• Research insurance information and maintain accurate account records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Familiarity with the medical billing process is preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge and typing skills of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
