Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely processing of claims
• Contact relevant parties to gather necessary information for claims and support patients with inquiries
• Submit claims to insurance companies, review payments and denials, and write appeals as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, coding, or claims adjudication
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in data entry, word processing, and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing priorities
