A company is looking for a Patient Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet performance goals related to patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
- Provide services to customers involving the exchange of complex and sensitive information while acting as a patient advocate
- Utilize company systems to resolve customer needs, including appointments, authorizations, claims, and benefits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and ability to navigate multiple chat channels
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours, including flexibility for overtime and weekends
