Key Responsibilities
- Own implementation outcomes and guide efficient 340B Suite implementations
- Lead the Technical Customer Success team while managing day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing value delivery and refine onboarding workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Technical Account Management
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within 340B, TPA, and pharmacy analytics
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with APIs and/or FHIR integrations
- Familiarity with coding languages such as Python and YAML
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and resolve complex technical issues
