Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate learning experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and professional growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage customer insights and drive enhancements across the customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in sales/retention with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
  • 2+ years of training experience in Sales/Retention contact centers, including remote delivery
  • Experience in instructional design and LMS platforms is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze trends and uncover opportunities
  • Proven success in boosting results through training and coaching
