Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for Customer Success and Sales Specialists
- Facilitate learning experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage customer insights and drive enhancements across the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales/retention with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
- 2+ years of training experience in Sales/Retention contact centers, including remote delivery
- Experience in instructional design and LMS platforms is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze trends and uncover opportunities
- Proven success in boosting results through training and coaching
