Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of technical troubleshooting experience in data and voice
- Strong customer service experience with a focus on first call resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment and manage escalated interactions
- High degree of technical aptitude and ability to multitask between multiple tools and systems
