Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
- Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians and vendors to meet service needs
- Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
- Experience in accounting, billing, or credit preferred
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift, including weekends and holidays
- Completion of three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
