A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and support interactions through various communication channels, including phone and email
- Document issues and resolve inquiries related to order management, billing, and customer applications
- Process orders and perform follow-up communications as necessary to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
