Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to support the Franchisee Care Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and direct support center vendor partner managers to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Analyze service performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- College or university program certificate; or four to six years of related experience and/or training
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and workforce management
- Knowledge of hotel operations
- Proficient in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau)
- Experience in project management
