Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to support the Franchisee Care Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and direct support center vendor partner managers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze service performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • College or university program certificate; or four to six years of related experience and/or training
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and workforce management
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • Proficient in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Experience in project management
