A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst - PPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Policy Manager with policy maintenance and presentation generation
- Run reports and manage project requests to ensure timely completion of client inquiries
- Analyze data and create reports for client and internal ad hoc requests
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in business or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Less than 1 year of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience in the US healthcare industry and claims analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
