Onboarding Consultant - Korean Speaking

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, SMB - Emerging Markets - Korean Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and oversee the onboarding process from account purchase to Go-Live
• Create and implement training plans for restaurant staff to effectively use the Toast product
• Conduct remote site assessments and provide ongoing support during the initial usage phase

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Korean & English required
• Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
• 3+ years in a customer satisfaction and business operations role
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
