Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premium Audit Customer Service Associate who will handle customer service inquiries related to premium audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with insureds and agents regarding policyholder report completion and audit premiums
- Researches and resolves issues raised by insureds or agents using relevant resources
- Documents concerns and actions taken, and analyzes calls/emails to determine audit accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience in call center or insurance/premium audit work preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
- Working knowledge of commercial line insurance and premium audit procedures preferred
- Understanding of state regulatory auditing requirements preferred
