Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Audit Customer Service Associate who will handle customer service inquiries related to premium audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates with insureds and agents regarding policyholder report completion and audit premiums
  • Researches and resolves issues raised by insureds or agents using relevant resources
  • Documents concerns and actions taken, and analyzes calls/emails to determine audit accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of experience in call center or insurance/premium audit work preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Working knowledge of commercial line insurance and premium audit procedures preferred
  • Understanding of state regulatory auditing requirements preferred
