A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Fraud & Non Fraud Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding fraud experiences and risks
- Conduct in-depth investigations of fraudulent claims and collaborate with law enforcement as necessary
- Research and submit suspicious activity referrals while monitoring account balances
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of nine months of customer service experience
- Basic accounting skills with the ability to balance accounts
- Basic PC skills and ability to master relevant software programs
- Credit card dispute and chargeback experience is desired
