Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Member Experience Coordinator, Temp (afternoon/evening).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries via email and internal platforms, and support inbound/outbound calls as needed
  • Assist with member onboarding, product education, and troubleshooting across the website and mobile app
  • Alert development and fulfillment teams about technical issues affecting patient experience based on member interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a remote/hybrid customer service role
  • Ability to meet performance metrics efficiently and effectively
  • Desire to help patients solve complex problems
  • Willingness to work some weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Experience with Zendesk or another CRM tool is a plus
