Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Member Experience Coordinator, Temp (afternoon/evening).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via email and internal platforms, and support inbound/outbound calls as needed
- Assist with member onboarding, product education, and troubleshooting across the website and mobile app
- Alert development and fulfillment teams about technical issues affecting patient experience based on member interactions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a remote/hybrid customer service role
- Ability to meet performance metrics efficiently and effectively
- Desire to help patients solve complex problems
- Willingness to work some weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience with Zendesk or another CRM tool is a plus
