Integrated Care Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Care Intake Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete activities related to incoming alerts/referrals from the Ohio Department of Medicaid in a timely manner
• Ensure updates are made in the clinical documentation system and tasks related to the Specialized Recovery Services Program are completed correctly
• Assist with billing activities, cross-train team members, and develop training materials for new hires

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment is required
• Managed care experience is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Working knowledge of Ohio Department of Medicaid's systems
