A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative FWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues for further support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; licensing may be necessary
  • 1 year of experience in insurance or a related field preferred
