Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance matters through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues for further support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; licensing may be necessary
- 1 year of experience in insurance or a related field preferred
