Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and verifying coverage
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in claims and evaluates/negotiates claims for settlement
• Maintains knowledge of liability laws and supports property claims during high volume periods

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
• Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframe
