Senior Client Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional, Client Delivery & Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client implementations and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle
• Oversee the creation, configuration, and maintenance of client infrastructure in staging and production environments
• Coordinate project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of SaaS solutions by collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in client delivery, project management, and DevOps/Operations within a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services and DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or Bash
• Experience with CI/CD tools and strategies
