Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
  • Educate members on Aetna plans, tools, and resources while guiding them through their care journey
  • Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan sponsors while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, preferably in a call center
  • Must have high-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
  • Willingness to work Monday - Friday during specified hours in the local time zone
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
