A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Educate members on Aetna plans, tools, and resources while guiding them through their care journey
- Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan sponsors while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, preferably in a call center
- Must have high-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday during specified hours in the local time zone
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
