Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous calls and digital support channels into the Customer Support Center
- Provide exceptional service to every customer and perform activities related to booking and modifying reservations
- Sell flights and ancillary products while maintaining KPI performance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual preferred
- One year of customer service or sales experience
- Ability to multitask and navigate complex processes during customer interactions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to provide a safe work environment
