Key Responsibilities
- Post charges and demographic information into the billing system to create invoices
- Verify and enter patient information and charge data accurately
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve data inconsistencies and ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of experience in Insurance/Healthcare and/or Data Entry
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to handle a high volume of information
- Experience with various billing software and systems
- Knowledge of invoice creation and completion processes
