Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and ensure workflow meets production and quality goals
- Coordinate procedural changes and resolve departmental issues
- Evaluate employee performance and manage hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications
- One year of supervisory experience in a related environment
- Three years of experience working with medical insurance or in a pharmacy environment
- Must reside within 75 miles of a designated Specialty BVR Location
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
