A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and ensure workflow meets production and quality goals
  • Coordinate procedural changes and resolve departmental issues
  • Evaluate employee performance and manage hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications
  • One year of supervisory experience in a related environment
  • Three years of experience working with medical insurance or in a pharmacy environment
  • Must reside within 75 miles of a designated Specialty BVR Location
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
