Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally while managing customer interactions and case management
- Process service orders, handle customer requests from various sources, and conduct service reviews
- Document customer interactions in Salesforce and provide training on customer portal usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of one year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in internet software, spreadsheet software, and presentation software
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with billing is a plus but not required
