Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide support to customers and ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company professionally while managing customer interactions and case management
  • Process service orders, handle customer requests from various sources, and conduct service reviews
  • Document customer interactions in Salesforce and provide training on customer portal usage
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficiency in internet software, spreadsheet software, and presentation software
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with billing is a plus but not required
