Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, answering calls and emails in a timely manner
- Process orders, verify documentation, and complete insurance verification for patient eligibility and coverage
- Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and ensure adherence to quality assurance and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Two years of work-related experience required for senior-level positions, including one year of specific job experience
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems
